Order Processing Time

• In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched from our UK facility within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Pre-Order Items: Please allow 2–4 weeks for pre-order items to be dispatched. Estimated shipping dates will be noted on the product page.

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all wholesale orders within the United Kingdom.

• Carrier: We typically use Royal Mail or DPD for our UK deliveries.

• Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to arrive.

• Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to our international retail partners.

• Shipping Costs: International shipping rates are not included and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees that may be applied by the destination country. Gang OF Divas has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

• Address Accuracy: It is the responsibility of the retailer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Gang OF Divas is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
