Wholesale Return & Damages Policy

At Gang OF Divas, we are committed to the quality of our products and the success of our retail partners. Please read our wholesale return policy carefully. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms.

Damages & Order Discrepancies

We do our best to ensure every order is perfect. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Order: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.

  2. Report Within 7 Days: All claims for damages or discrepancies must be reported to our wholesale support team via email within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  3. Provide Proof: Your email must include your business name, order number, and clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect items.

Upon approval of your claim, we will issue a store credit or send a replacement for the affected items. We do not offer cash refunds for damages.

General Returns

Due to the nature of wholesale, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for unsold merchandise or items ordered in error.

At our sole discretion, we may approve a return on a case-by-case basis. Any such approved return will be subject to the following conditions:

  • A return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags attached.

  • The retailer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credit.

Approved returns will be processed for store credit only.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Items without their original packaging or tags.

How to Initiate a Return

Do not send items back without authorisation.

  1. To request a return, please email our wholesale support team at shop@gangofdivas.com

  2. Include your order number and a detailed reason for the return request.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and further instructions.
